Responsibilities:
- Produce loan documents and disclosures via ComplianceOne for consumer, commercial, and residential (TRID) loans
- Meet with borrowers at loan closing to review and explain documents and ensure borrowers sign documents as required
- Complete general ledger tickets and upload loans in ComplianceOne to Jack Henry Xperience

- Process recording of real estate deeds, UCCs, and motor vehicle titles
- Ensure each loan receives the recorded documents for file completion to ensure the bank is protected and securitized
- Update spreadsheet to ensure proper insurance is maintained for non-real estate collateral
- File loan documents and loan folders
- Create, assemble, and mail loan coupon books
- Process and log payoff loan request
- Assist customers with loan questions and loan payments
Key Result Areas:
- Produce accurate loan packages in a timely manner to ensure accuracy prior to loan closing
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Understand commercial and consumer lending procedures and requirements to ensure loans meet guidelines
- Become familiar with Loan Policy and Compliance Policy to be able to accurately review and produce loan files that meet guidelines
Experience & Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required with an associate degree or higher education preferred. Experience in loan processing/administration with commercial and consumer loan packages is preferred (but not required) and experience with TRID loans is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills:
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the bank, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving and obtaining information.
Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day and work indoors in climate-controlled shared work environment. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
Mental and/or Emotional Requirements:
Must be able to perform job functions independently and with limited supervision. Must work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable manner. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with different personalities from diverse cultures and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
